Spawns the 'compresh-mcp' subprocess (stdio MCP, pip/pipx-installed) which makes outbound HTTPS calls to api.compre.sh for the optional paid TUL 1.0 compression enhancement. API key is read from COMPRESH_API_KEY by the subprocess; no credentials are hardcoded. Without a key the plugin stays passive. Networking and dependency documented in README.
